Default Plugin Enough - Or Need HP Code on Pages?

When I created my first honeypot site and went through their various steps they instruct you to add some code to as many of your pages as possible.

Does this plugin take care of that or do I still need to add that code to the pages?

    Thanks

    Hi,

No this plugin doesn't add any links, it can however redirect to you honeypot if it block a bad request.

    kind regards,
    Michiel

By just installing this it will not do it's job, correct?
I need to add the HP code on my templates?

No the plugin will work, but you can help project honeypot by redirecting the blocked request to one of their honeypots.

This honeypot can bet setup by yourself or not doesn't matter.

    kind regards,

Hi,.. I thought I made it all work but I just saw this at http://www.projecthoneypot.org/home.php:
Spam traps issued on your sites: none

the plugin is published > public with the API key all fine.
I also added the <div> version of the pot in my template.
I don't understand what can be going wrong once everything at http://www.projecthoneypot.org/home.php looks correct and active except this message above.

    any help appreciated.
    cheers
